The home is owned by an artist and landscape architect, both lovers of color and art, a love that shows throughout the home, inside and out. Meticulously restored to reflect its heritage and updated to accommodate today’s lifestyle, it is easy to slip into the old-world calm and comfort offered by Casa Adella. A graceful entrance with a 2-step-down living area is framed by glorious arched wood-framed doorways and trim. Original lighting mixed with custom fixtures designed by the owners creates an old-world ambiance. Meander through the French Doors to the equally delightful private backyard, where mature pine trees frame the overlook to Glorietta Bay. Delight in the indoor-outdoor living San Diego offers.
